For commercial spaces, pricing will vary based on the scale of the project. Contact us for a bid! We’re happy to be of service.
WHAT’S IN THE FINE PRINT?
White glove installation, furniture deliveries, and large load (multiple small pieces) are billed at $155/hour, plus additional installation costs. All returns or exchanges must be done within 4 days of your install date & must be in the same condition that they were when they arrived in your space. There are no refunds on special orders. All special orders, custom orders and trade only purchases require a 60% deposit at the time of order. The balance will be billed on receipt. Trade only purchases will be billed at Net plus 40%.
I’M READY TO START! HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Our design services are divided into six phases. We will evaluate the scope of your project and your budget, and make changes accordingly. There is no project too big or small.
PHASE ONE: CONSULTATION AND ANALYSIS
Your in-home or office consultation begins the process. Initial measurements and documentation, if required, will be initiated immediately on site. Here we will determine the scope of services that we will complete for you.
PHASE TWO: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Initial concepts and sketches are sent to you for approval. This will ensure that our communication and vision are heading in the right direction.
PHASE THREE: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the schematic concepts have been approved, we move forward to the finish, fixture, and furniture selections in your scope, and provide you with a quick design presentation for your approval.
PHASE FOUR: CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
If you are undertaking a larger project, communication with construction and contractors is crucial. We administer instructions and quality guidelines to the contractor to make sure your designs are executed exactly the way you have specified.
PHASE FIVE: PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT
We purchase and execute the design elements that you have chosen along with helping you find unique art and accessories to complete your project.
PHASE SIX: INSTALLATION
This is the fun part! We handle installations and deliveries, if you choose – or you may opt for pick up directly from the store or warehouse/office location. We offer WHITE GLOVE installation, which means you sip wine while our crew does the work
